Parent Teacher Conferences

We will schedule Parent/Teacher Conferences twice a year for our parents. These conferences will allow the parents to see the progress of their child. Sign Up information will be emailed to parents prior to. Anytime throughout the year parents are welcome to set up a conference with the teacher and principal. As we are always more than happy to touch base with you and to tell you about our traditional concept in childcare and education. 

Summer Camp

Our fun-filled summer camp program begins at the end of May and runs through mid August. We accept summer camp students ages 5-12. Kids are Cool Pre- School Summer Camp consists of daily fun activities, field trips 2-3 times a week, as well as splash days every Thursday! Children are provided with a nutritional breakfast, lunch, and snack. Our summer camp gives children the opportunity to have fun with friends whilst having structure in a safe environment!

Days Off

Our facility is open Monday through Friday from 7:00AM until 6:00PM year-round. We will be closed in observance of the following holidays:

a. New Years Day January 1st 
b. Good Friday Friday Before Easter 
c. Memorial Day Last Monday in May 
d. Independence Day July 4th 
e. Labor Day 1st Monday in September 
f. Thanksgiving Day 4th Thursday in November 
g. Day After Thanksgiving 4th Friday in November 
h. Christmas Eve & Day December 24th & 25th  

We are also closed twice a year in order to have parent teach conferences.  

Holidays are subject to change based on when the holiday falls in the current year. Please confirm with the office for the dates. Some holidays our facility will close at 3:00pm on the day before the holiday listed above.  We will post closings for the Christmas Holiday as well as all days closed through out the year.  
We make every effort to provide consistent daily care for your child(ren). In the event of our facility being closed or delayed due to weather conditions, advance notice will be posted on Facebook and KCBD News Channel 11.

Meal Menus

We are proud to offer our children breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack. Meals are included for students enrolled in our School Day and God’s World program include breakfast, lunch, and snack. School Day only students are provided with a warm nutritional lunch. We offer tasteful, nutritious well-balanced food that is cooked on site at our facility and meets the requirements and guidelines of the USDA Food Program. Our menus are always posted on the Parent Board. Meal times are posted on the daily activities schedule inside each classroom. If your child arrives at the facility after a scheduled mealtime, it is your responsibility to feed your child. In the event that your child has a food allergy to a menu item for the day, you may choose to provide an alternative meal from home. Please understand when you provide a meal for your child, our facility is not responsible for the nutritional value or for meeting your child’s daily food needs. Due to severe allergies, we ask that peanut products not be brought into the preschool.
